PROJECT DESCRIPTION

A groundbreaking new supportive housing development in the heart of Melbourne that provides more than 160 new homes for homeless and low-income earning Victorians. It involved construction of 131 studio apartments over six floors and 30 two-bedroom apartments for low-income families over 3 floors. Access to the building is restricted to tenants via a swipe card, with CCTV and security lighting featured throughout the building. WEBBER documented the shell and core for the project and also provided Post Documentation Services during construction. WEBBER, along with all consultants and Grocon, provided their services at cost for the project.
